Jakarta Sexual Wellness by H Clinic

FAQ

The questions people ask before they call.

Most of these get asked in the first WhatsApp message. Answering them here means you can decide whether to book without having to ask anyone anything first.

Where is Jakarta Sexual Wellness located?
The clinic is on the second floor at Jl. Barito I No.31, Kramat Pela, Kebayoran Baru, Jakarta Selatan 12130. Complimentary valet parking is available at the building. The Contact page links straight to Google Maps for directions.
What are your opening hours?
Monday to Saturday, 08.00 to 20.00, and Sunday, 09.00 to 18.00. Individual practitioners keep their own consultation schedules within those hours, so the day you can be seen depends on which specialist you need.
How do I book an appointment?
Fill in the short request form on the Contact page. Submitting opens WhatsApp with your request already written out, so you send it yourself from your own phone. You can also message the clinic on WhatsApp directly without using the form at all.
Does the booking form store my personal details?
No. The form posts nothing to a server. It assembles your message locally and hands it to WhatsApp, so your name, number, and reason for visiting go from your phone to the clinic and nowhere else.
Who will I be seen by?
Five licensed practitioners cover the medical and psychological sides of intimate health: an andrologist, a dermatovenereologist, and three clinical psychologists, two of whom are sexologists. You are matched to the right one when you book, not on arrival.
What does an andrologist do?
Andrology is the branch of medicine dealing with male reproductive and sexual health. At this clinic, Dr. Christian Melka, Sp.And, handles evaluation of the vascular and hormonal factors behind performance concerns, and the treatment plan follows the findings.
What treatments do you offer for men?
Man Wellness covers Mr. P Rejuvenation, Performa Booster in PRP, Cellsome, and Biosome forms, Testosterone Booster, STD injection, HPV vaccination, P Enlargement, vasectomy, circumcision and revision, secretome, and extraction procedures.
What treatments do you offer for women?
Woman Wellness covers Miss V Rejuvenation, Thinprep and Pap smear screening, Performa Cell V Therapy, vagina cleansing, laser and peeling for the folds, buttocks, labia and underarms, Miss V extraction and acne injection, HPV Type 9 vaccination, and Love Hormon.
How much does a treatment cost?
Man Wellness and Woman Wellness packages are priced per session, and single-area treatments such as peeling or laser are priced lower. Anything outside a package is quoted at consultation, because the cost depends on the treatment and how many sessions it needs.
What happens at a first visit?
The first session is a consultation: history, your concerns, and where useful an examination. You leave with a plan and the cost of it, and no obligation to start that day. Nothing is booked as a procedure before a practitioner has seen you.
How private is a visit to the clinic?
Private entrance, private rooms, and a records policy written on the assumption that you would rather nobody knew you came. Nothing about a visit is shared without your say-so. Practitioners here have spent careers in andrology, venereology, and sexology.
Do you offer counselling for couples?
Yes. The Couple Relationship Program runs guided sessions for partners working through intimacy, communication, and mismatched desire, held privately with a psychologist. Wulan Ramadhani and Zoya Amirin both practise in relationship and sexual health.
Can I be seen outside a practitioner’s listed schedule?
Often, yes. The hours published for each practitioner are their regular schedules; outside them the clinic books by appointment. Ask when you send your WhatsApp request and mention the day or time that suits you.
Is the online vitality assessment a medical diagnosis?
No. It is a one-minute, five-question self-assessment that produces an indicative score to help you describe your concern. It is not a diagnosis and does not replace a consultation.

Nothing here is a diagnosis or a substitute for a consultation. If your question is not answered above, ask it in your booking message — it reaches the clinic directly.
